Previously teachings about inner and outer union and/or wisdom were passed on through the Word. A lot of teachings on inner Mastery were passed on from teacher to student and revered as sacred. This is off course also true for psychotherapy and herbalism. Yet, the more we go inwards and into the realm of subtle energy; the more we are offered to trust our inner teacher and guidance of our own. I've seen this shift happening in many.

However it is not so that you have to do everything alone or that this means that you are somehow alone. You may go through periods of loneliness, grief or solitude, but you are also deeply connected within, yourself and with others. For those having gone through deep trauma, grief and/or growing pains, the journey may feel uncomfortable, painful or even endless.

Personally, I've found a lot of grace and support in the knowing there are safe spaces, groups of people to connect with and places to practice, uncover and discover these feelings of humanness in, as to also let other perspectives in from time to time, or share from a vulnerable and open state that allows for nourishment, growth and/or shedding of the old and stagnated energies. This is why I am creating the possibility to connect on social media and within a group setting.

However; that does not mean that for some of you, if not all you have a truly unique path in life that you are walking with your own feet and from time to time may want to retreat yourself in as is your divine right and encouraged to do so as equally important if not most !
